White Oak is an exclusive retirement living concept built upon 80 lush acres in southern Ohio. Targeting affluent couples seeking an upscale living experience, the brand tone needed to be refined yet lively. Partnering with their marketing and architectural teams, we built an integrated brand campaign befitting of this unique, all-inclusive community concept. Starting with their identity, we developed elements including a website, sales materials, and print advertising.
